Darband is the recreational quarter of Tehran, where people go for eating or drinking a cup of tea in the riverside cafes. Darband the former village, still has lots of fruit gardens and people are still farming and planting fruit trees, that’s why Darband is full of eye-catching colorful fruit leather and processed sour berries and plums. Passing from the restaurants starts the hiking road of Tochal, but there are also chairlifts for those who are not into hiking but want to enjoy the landscape. This moderate program included one night in Osoun Hotel; the only mountain hotel of Iran which gives a panoramic view of Tehran from the higher levels. On the way back to Tehran we will visit the daily market of "Tajrish Bazar" which has a lot to say about the Iranian lifestyle.

Day 1

The cradle of climbers

Tehran has lots of great mountains and Daraband is one of them so after having breakfast we transfer to Darband square, which is very popular and great for climbers. After 30 min light walking en route different restaurants, we reach to climbing route and climb that for several hours. How is a cup of tea in the oldest tea house (Tehrani tea house) and changing the way to Oson hotel (the only mountain hotel in Tehran) by having lunch in one of the best restaurants? Sleep and rest in this hotel will inspire you for a great tomorrow.

Day 2

Good morning Alborz!

After a great rest in the hotel and having breakfast, we climb for several hours in the Alborz mountains and enjoy. After that we descend to Tajrish square and have lunch there, now it’s time to visit Tajrish bazaar and Imamzadeh shrine and buy souvenirs there. Finally, we return to our hotel with lots of wonderful memories.
